This is a 12-hour in-person instructor-led class to understand the deployment of the Community Access Management system. We will cover the programming locks and creating credentials for resident and staff members. This training will help both the novice and veteran implement the Community software and help property managers effectively manage access throughout property.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion this course you will be able to:
Understand the requirements needed to Install the Community Server and Client software.
- Configure the core Community software as well as add-on modules (Mobile Keys, Keyscan Integration, Resident Visitor Management).
- Make Resident, Staff and System keys.
- Program Community locks
Who Should Attend:
Individuals responsible for installing, configuring, and training property staff. Installation Technicians, IT Personnel, Service, Support Technicians. Property Managers, Security Staff, Maintenance Staff
A demo copy of the software will be provided. Attendees must come prepared with a laptop meeting the specifications below. Laptops that do not meet the laptop requirements will not be able to run the software or participate in the lab assignments!
